Bridge to HUD

This program will provide bridge financing for up to 36 months for qualified borrowers seeking long term HUD financing to acquire, refinance or withdraw equity from multifamily and healthcare properties. At the end of the term it converts to typical long term HUD financing. This program is underwritten based upon HUD loan take out and to HUD specifications.
